Feedback and complaints

P.F.C. is built on feedback from our users. Your feedback helps us develop the app. If you want to make a complaint about the service we provide including your card, please send it to the P.F.C. Complaints Manager. Send an e-mail to and write “Complaint” in the subject line. You can request a copy of the procedure at any time by contacting P.F.C. Customer Service.

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint to P.F.C. is handled, you may contact the General Complaints Board (“ARN”), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, A notification to ARN must be made in writing. In order for the committee to review the case, value and time limits may apply.
