Your own choice – spend where it matters to you

When the costs of food, living and electricity rises we have to prioritize. Spending consciously doesn't mean that you have to stop consuming altogether, it just means you have to put a little extra thought into your purchases when you're waking through the aisles.

Ask yourself

By keeping track of your previous purchases you can find shopping-patterns that you might want to change. Ask yourself:

  • Am I happy with how i spend in each category?
  • Do i need a lower priced cell phone plan?
  • Are my streaming services really important right now?
  • Can i change how i get around, walk, bike, buss, train, car?

Make a plan and set a budget

Once you've got some insights into your spendings it's time to set a budget. Decide what you feel you need to spend money on and use it as a guide. Make room for adjustments and soon you will find comfort in your new shopping habits. And don't forget the most important part - remember to reward yourself once in a while to make it feel worth it.
